Kristy Marie Golden, age 42, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, in a local hospital.  Born on June 5, 1980, she was the daughter of Gary Boyce and the late Joyce Smith Boyce. Kristy was a graduate of Haralson County High School. Before her declining health, Kristy enjoyed reading, but her passion was spending time with her granddaughter, Madi.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Golden of Tallapoosa; her daughter, Samantha Thompson of Bremen; her son, Steven Tyler Golden of Cedartown, her precious granddaughter, Madilynn Williams; as well as other family members.

In accordance with the family's wishes, Kristy will be cremated.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
