Krista Michelle Deese, age 38 of Temple, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023, in a local hospital.  Born on February 11, 1985, she was the daughter of Ronald Deese and the late Shirley Hobbs Deese.  Krista enjoyed being active and was fond of roller skating and fishing. The beach was one of her favorite places, and she was so looking forward to going there this summer.  Experimenting with new recipes kept Krista busy in the kitchen.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Dylan Dye of Douglasville and Dakota Rutherford of Temple; her father and step-mother, Ronnie and Vicki Deese of Carrollton; her fiance' Steve Flurry of Temple; her sister, Dawn Brown of Eatonton; her brother and sister-in-law, James and Christie Deese of Woodstock; and her step-brothers, Kevin and Justin Padgett..  Also surviving are her aunt and uncle, Barbara and Earl Phillips and other family and friends.

The family will host a Celebration of Life of Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2PM from Cowan Mill Church, located at 6614 Cowan Mill Rd, Winston Ga, 30187.
