Ms. Kimberly Maudene Doke Hindmon, age 33, of 14 U.S. Hwy. 78, Lot 27, Tallapoosa passed away Friday, April 27, 2007. Ms. Hindmon was born in Dade County, Florida on August 16, 1973. She was the daughter of Robert Ernest Doke, Jr. of Rex and Shirley Delle Prosser Doke of Rex. Besides her parents, survivors include one daughter, Amber Hindmon of Muscadine, AL; one son, Bradley Doke-Cash of Douglasville; one sister, Patricia Cartledge of Omaha, NE; two brothers, Robert Doke, III of Charlotte, NC and Joseph Screven of Rex; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. from the Buchanan United Methodist Church with Rev. Wayne Pike officiating. The body was cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
