Mr. Kenette "Ken" Wayne Gentry, age 48, of Villa Rica passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015.  Mr. Gentry was born in Carrollton, Georgia on October 29, 1966. He was a cabinet maker.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Ruth Malone Blue and step-mother, Dorothy Gentry.

Survivors include his companion, Judy Bearden of Tallapoosa; father, John Gentry of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Linda and PeeWee Evans of Tallapoosa and Tammy Gentry of Bremen; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Tammy Gentry of Bowdon, Chris and Deann Garner of Temple, Billy and Doris Garner of Buchanan and Steve Garner of Stephenson, AL; nephew, Christian and his wife Michelle Evans; great nephew, Dakota Evans; and a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

In keeping with the family's wishes, Mr. Gentry will be cremated following the visitation.
