Mr. Keith Ladale Payne, age 56, of Buchanan passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015.  Mr. Payne was born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 23, 1959.  He was the son the late Robert Payne and the late Carolyn Sue Hyatt Teague.  Mr. Payne was self-employed in the construction industry.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Albright Payne.

Survivors include four daughters, Sasha Albright and her companion Nathan Williams of Buchanan, Sindie and her husband James Simmons of Clarkesville, TN, Kaitlin Payne and Paige Payne both of Bremen; one son, Craig Payne and his companion Lisa Williams of  Buchanan; one sister, Carol Denise and her husband Kevin Cravens of Bremen; three brothers, Sidney Smith of Cleveland, TN, Chris and his wife Paula Tapley of Cleveland, TN and Roger Garmin of Wisconsin; six grandchildren, Ethan Simmons, Ava Payne, Brecka Simmons, Gracie Williams, Evie Williams and Mariah Johnson; step-father, Jim Teague of Cleveland, TN; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Bro. Marcus Shinall officiating.  Interment will follow in the Payne Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
