Mrs. Kathy Ann Bentley Benefield, age 63, of Waco (Buncombe community), passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016.  Mrs. Benefield was born in Cedartown, Georgia on July 22, 1952.  She was a cashier at the Pilot Travel Center.  She was preceded in death by her father, Nathaniel Bentley; and one brother, Ronnie Bentley; and one grandchild, Larry Dwight Benefield, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard Benefield of Waco; two daughters, Melissa Robinson and Kristy Holland both of Waco; three sons, Michael and his wife Debbie Benefield and Mark and his wife Toni Benefield all of Buchanan and Larry and Angie Benefield of Roanoke, AL; mohter, Pauline Dingler Bentley of Bremen; one sister, Tammy Bentley of Waco; Donnie Bentley of Cedartown; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.  In keeping with Mrs. Benefield's wishes, she was cremated.
