Mrs. Karen Lynn Dees Sellers, age 53, of Bremen passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Mrs. Sellers was born in Carroll County on November 30, 1957. She was the daughter of the late James Benjamin Dees and the late Neomia Holland Dees. Mrs. Sellers was a school bus driver with the Haralson County Board of Education.

Survivors include her husband, Erby Dave Sellers of Bremen; one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Tia Sellers of Bremen; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Linda and Donald Allen of Carrollton, Lucille Harper of Buchanan, Jean and Walter Headrick of Tallapoosa and Kay and Ricky Weldon of Carrollton; two grandchildren, Adrienne Downs and Kamryn Sellers; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. from Steadman Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Robinson, Rev. Randall Moore and Chris Sellers officiating. Interment will follow in the Steadman Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Brandon Heath, Lamar Cox, Lamar Cox, Sr., Ronnie Craft, Tommy Porter, Russell Sherbert and Tim Redding.

The remains will lie in state at the Church from 12 Noon until 2:00 P.M.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
