Julia Ann Holmes People, age 74, of Waco, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. She was born on June 16, 1946 in Atlanta to the late Jack Holmes and the late Dorothy Holmes. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Zin Peoples.

Survivors include four daughters, Jeanette Garner of Waco, Nanette Hart of Plant City, FL, Laurie Harrison of Bremen and Zina Beth Smith of Waycross; sister, Darlene McQuistion of Oregon; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Julia's wishes she will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
