Mr. J.P. Ploof, age 92, of Bremen passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015.  Mr. Ploof was born in Haralson County, Georgia on November 1, 1922.  He was the son of the late Sam Ploof and the late Eva Redding Ploof.  Mr. Ploof was a farmer.

Survivors include his wife Doris Agan Ploof of Bremen; one daughter, Jay Ann Price of Bremen; three sisters, Jean Harrison, Jo Ann Sims and Elizabeth Dean all of Bremen; one brother, Ernest Ploof of Bremen; two grandchildren, Gina Steed and Tina Butts; two great grandchildren, Chris Punkosdy and Jake Vinson; and a number of other relatives.

No services are planned at this time.  He will be cremated.
