Jordon A. Moore, age 25, of Bremen passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018. He was born on April 25, 1993 in Austell, Georgia.

Survivors include his mother Kimberly Diane Copley of Bremen; Grandmother Anne Wael Mili and Friends Michael Merrit, Isaiah Caldwell, Justin Cook, Casey Thompson, Israel Copley as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 3:00 PM.

Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
