Mr. John "Johnny" Wayne Reid, age 66, of Buchanan passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020, after a brief illness.  Johnny was born in Bremen, GA, to the late Edith McGinnis Reid and Robert W. Reid, Sr.  He was a graduate of Haralson County High School and had retired from the GA Department of Transportation.

In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Reid.

Survivors include one sister, Elaine Reid Hutcheson of Temple; two nieces, Kim (Bryan) Scoggins of Buchanan and Pam Hutcheson of Temple; one great nephew, Matt Scoggins and his beloved pets.

According to his wishes, Johnny will be cremated.
