Mr. John Anthony Figueroa, age 45 of Buchanan passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born on Monday, October 9, 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Figueroa is preceded in death by his father Joe Anthony Figueroa.

Survivors include his mother Jean Beauford McConnell and her husband Bill  of Buchanan; four daughters, Haley Figueroa of Covington, Mackenzie Figueroa of Monticello, Jade Sweetman of Buchanan and Trinity Figueroa of Buchanan; three sons, Dustin Bloodworth of Conyers, Brenden Figueroa of Buchanan and Johnny Figueroa, Jr. of Buchanan; two sisters, Shannon Nardon of Newnan and Echo Madrid of Hapeville; three brothers Ronnie Figueroa of Bremen, Jimmy Beatty of Nashville and Robbie Figueroa of Hapeville; one grandchild, Jayden Bloodworth.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 7:00 PM from Mt. Zion East Baptist Church with Brother Kenny Teal officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM

In keeping with Mr. Figueroa's wishes he will be cremated after the service.
