Mr. John Eric Fennell, age 52, of Dallas passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022. He was born in Dallas on Saturday, September 20, 1969.  Mr. Fennell was the son of the late, Milas Eugene Fennell and the late, Amy Lee (Sparks) Fennell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Fennell is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Ann (Lanier) Fennell.

In earlier years, John enjoyed going fishing and hunting, dirt track racing, listening to blue grass music and was a member of Bartlett Masonic Lodge #139 F&AM. John loved the Lord and he and his wife were members of Valley View Baptist Church in Cedartown.

Survivors include his two brothers and one sister-in-law, Terry and Anissa Fennell of Tallapoosa and Mike Fennell of Waco; his aunt and uncle, Gail and Wayne Cox of Felton; nieces, nephews and their spouses, Chris and Andrea Fennell, Joey and Veronica Fennell, Jessica and Michael Spurgeon, Donovan and Danielle Jordan, Justin and Callie Jordan and a number of other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Brother Terry Fennell and Brother Joey Martin officiating.

Interment will follow in Valley View Baptist Church Cemetery with Joey Fennell, Chris Fennell, Donavon Jordan, Justin Jordan, Kenneth Fennell and Jeff Fennell serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
