Mr. Joseph Harold "Joey" Wood, age 41, of Tallapoosa passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014.  He was the son of Troy E. Wood and the late June Feltrinelli Wood.  Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Vera Wood and Nelson and Estelle Feltrinelli.

Survivors include his father, Troy E. Wood of Tallapoosa; one sister, Tammy Louise Wood of Wise, VA; one brother, Robert Nelson "Robbie" Wood of Tallapoosa; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles Leonard Williams officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.
