Mr. Joey Edward Robinson, age 78, of Cedartown passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013. Mr. Robinson was born in Polk County on December 29, 1934. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Georgia Power Company. Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his mother, Lilly Robinson.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Weaver Robinson of Cedartown; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Sherry and Rob Baxter of Rome, Teresa and Ricky Reeves of Cedartown, Ammalee "Noot" and Bill Short of Cedartown and Linda Venable of Cedartown; two sons, Greg Wills of Cedartown and David Venable of Rockmart; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Monday, September 30, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. at the residence of Teresa Reeves located at 322 Lakeside Drive, Cedartown.
