Mr. Joe Lamar Millsap, age 75, of Douglasville, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. He was born on June 10, 1944 to the late Fred Millsap and the late Catherine Ferguson Millsap. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include two sisters, Charlotte Blair of Heflin, AL and Kathy Weddington of Blue Ridge; one brother and sister-in-law, David (Cheryl) Millsap of Waco and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Reverend Homer Wysner officiating.  Mr. Millsap will be cremated after the service.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
