Ms. JoAnne Sargent Jones, age 76, of Carrollton, formerly of Athens, GA, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020.  She was born in Decatur, GA, on October 13, 1944, to the late Florine McCard Sargent and James Lewis Sargent.  JoAnne loved taking care of her family and her home.

Those left to cherish her memories are two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Jason Crosby of Decatur; Melissa and Kerry Robinson of Carrollton; one son and daughter-in-law, Ty and Kathy Jones of Carrollton; and one brother and sister-in-law, Alva Ray and Barbara Hale of The Villages, FL.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel) McIntosh, Dustin Jones, Zeke Robinson, Max Crosby, and Sam Crosby; and one great-grandchild, Jaxson McIntosh.

In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Jones will be cremated.
