Ms. Jo Ann Wilson Halligan, age 68, of 240 Saddle Brooke Dr., Dallas passed away Monday, December 1, 2008. Survivors include one son, Tony Halligan of Dallas. The body was cremated. No services are planned. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
