Mrs. Jo Ann Pfannenstiel Winkley, age 73, of Cedartown died Thursday, February 13, 2014.  Mrs. Winkley was born in Hays, Kansas on April 23, 1940.  She was the daughter of the late Casper Pfannenstiel and the late Georgine Dreiling Pfannenstiel.  Mrs. Winkley was member of Saint Bernadentte Catholic Church in Cedartown and was retired as a secretary with the Polk School District.  She also volunteered with the Samaritan House and with Our House in Cedartown.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Ledger Winkley of Cedartown; one daughter, Cristie Curtis of Savannah; grandchild, Courtney Winkley of Calhoun; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Darlene and Mark Bender of Omaha, NE and Donna and Rich Harkness of Hays, KS; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Marvin and Maxine Pfannenstiel of Hays, KS, Irvin and Corrine Pfannenstiel of Dodge City, KS and Melvin and Cora Pfannenstiel of Hays, KS.

Memorial services will be conducted Monday, February 17, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Berndadette Catholic Church in Cedartown with Father Timothy Gallagher officiating.
