Mr. Jimmie Wayne Pelton, age 72, of 5077 Central Church Rd. Douglasville, Georgia, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009. Mr. Pelton was born on May 24, 1936 in Jones County, Texas. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Mr. Cecil Jackson and Mrs. Myrtle Simpson. Survivors include one daughter, Carrie Buck of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; one son, Jimmie Pelton of North Carolina; two sisters, Emma Lee of Tallapoosa and Imagean Miller of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren; also along with a number of other relatives. Keeping with Mr. Pelton''s wish''s his remains were cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
