Mr. Jesse Eugene Hicks, age 55, of Tallapoosa, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019. He was born on July 23, 1964 in Kentucky to Roman Harrison Hicks and the late, Frances Elaine Davis Hicks.

Survivors include besides his father, his wife, Penny L. Hicks of Tallapoosa; one daughter and son-in-law, Courtney (Brandon) Wisener of Bremen; one son, Jesse "Bud" Hicks of Tallapoosa; two grandchildren, Noah Brennen Wisener, Jonah Roman Wisener and several other relatives and friends.

The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Bremen at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 2:00 PM.

In accordance with Mr. Hicks wishes, he will be cremated.
