Mr. Jerry Leon Hayes, age 74, of Villa Rica passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015.  Mr. Hayes was born in Gadsden, Alabama on December 13, 1940.  He was the son of the late Leon Morris Hayes and the late Clara Inez Burroughs Hayes.  Mr. Hayes was a retired painting contractor.

Survivors include his wife, Paulette Metcalf Hayes of Villa Rica; four daughters and three sons-in-law, DeAnne and Ronnie Wolf of Dallas, Lyn and Zack Nokes of Douglasville, Piper and Paul Batista of Tallahassee, FL and Monica Frost of Jasper, AL; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Donald Ray and Jody Davis of Ocala, FL and Joel Alan Hayes of Mableton; one sister, Joan Hayes of Charlotte, NC; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 387 Hiram-Sudie Rd., Dallas, GA  30157.
