Jeffrey Scott Brooks, age 54 of Douglasville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, in a local hospital.  Born on February 19, 1968, in Marietta, GA, he was the beloved son of the late Charles Ward Brooks and the late Ursula Mokros Brooks.  Jeffrey was a simple country man who loved working on cars, trucks, or anything with wheels. Working the land was another passion and he could be considered a hard working "gentleman farmer."  When he walked in a room, the fun began.  Everyone enjoyed being in his company and listening to his stories and jokes.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughters and son-in-law: Allison and Andrew Parker of Dallas and Rebekah Brooks of Dallas; his significant other Susette Clearman and her children, Tricia, Lauren, Amber, and Megan Clearman, all of Douglasville, and other relatives and friends.

In accordance with his wishes, Jeffrey will be cremated.
