Mr. Jeffery Brian Cook, age 46, of Carrollton passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017.  Mr. Cook was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on February 3, 1971. He worked in restaurant management in several local restaurants with the last being The Cookout in Carrollton.  He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Kenneth Cook.

Survivors include, one daughter, Josiline Cook; one son, Jeffery Devan Cook; mother, Judith Griffin Zentzis; one sister, Kristi Rivers; one brother, Todd Cook; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in Farmington, Minnesota.
