Jarrett Marquise Jeanty, son of Wilkerney "Will" and Genean Jeanty was born on August 15, 1999, in Chicago, Illinois.  At 2 years old, he relocated with his family to Covington, Georgia, where he he was raised.  he departed this life on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.  Jarrett was loved by many including his grandparents who preceded him in death: Verdie Lumpkin (Edmond Lumpkin) Marguerite Jeanty and Polimice Denis.

Jarrett leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Will and Genean; siblings, Yvette Orr of Illinois, Lynette Brown (Cyrus Brown, Sr) of Colorado, and Whitney Jeanty of Georgia; 13 Aunts; 15 Uncles (one who preceded him in death); 4 nieces; 6 nephews; 1 great niece and 1 great nephew; and a host of family and friends.

Some of Jarrett's greatest accomplishments include graduating Alcovy High School where he excelled in playing the flute and guitar.  Following high school, Jarrett attended Atlanta JATC's Electrical Training Center, became a member of the IBEW and received his journeymen certification.  Jarrett's passion for technology was evident in the high-quality computers he built and the devices he repaired for several individuals.

Jarrett loved hard and was loyal to his family and friends, helping whoever called on him. His can-do attitude made everything feel possible and achievable.  His demeanor was pleasant, and he had a smile so bright that others could not help but to smile back.

Funeral services for Jarrett Jeanty will be conducted at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.  The family will receive friends from Noon until the funeral hour.
