Mr. Jamie Carlton Waldron, age 45 of Temple, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021.in a local hospital.  He was born in Carrollton, GA, on July 23, 1975, to the late  Linda Lewis Waldron and Tommy Carlton.  In addition to his parents, Jamie is preceded in death by his brother Tommy Scott Waldron; his sister, Leslie Deanne Lewis; an uncle Pearce Lewis; and grandparents, James & Gladys Waldron; Ernest Lewis, Sara Lewis Rea and Theron Rea.  Jamie had fought a valiant fight against kidney disease but could not overcome it..

Survivors include his son, Austin Waldron of Conyers; uncle and caregiver, Joey Waldron of Temple; aunt and uncle, Carol and Ennis Davis of Newnan;  and step-mother, Tracey Yearta Waldron of Bremen.

Graveside services for Jamie Waldron will be held Friday, April 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Carrollton, GA, with Reverend Sam Braswell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in honor of Jamie to the National Kidney Foundation of Georgia, 270 Peachtree Street, Suite 1040, Atlanta, GA  30303, or their website www.kidney.org.  March is National Kidney Month.
