Mrs. Jamie Donna Peckham McFarland, age 49, of Carrollton passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013. Mrs. McFarland was born in Cuba, New York, on August 4, 1963. She was the daughter George and Nancy Brown Peckham. Mrs. McFarland attended Cuba Central School in Cuba, New York and had been employed by Allegany County ARC in Alfred and Wellsville, New York and SubCon Industries in Olean, New York and was a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Olean, New York. She enjoyed BINGO, Scratch-Off Tickets, Crocheting, NASCAR and Football. Mrs. McFarland was preceded in death by her father, George Peckham; brother, David Jeffrey O''Hara; nephew, Anthony R. Truax and step-sister, Gail Peckham.

Survivors include her husband to whom she was married on September 25, 2005, Steven McFarland of Carrollton; one daughter, Kaylynn Peckham of Olean, NY, mother, Nancy Peckham of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda (Daniel Deckman) Peckham of Olean, NY and Janet and Anthony Truax of Phoenix, AZ; step-sister, Emerald Webb of Franklinsville, NY; step-brother and sister-in-law, David and Sandy Peckham of Salado, TX; sister-in-law, Deborah O''Hara of Elmirage, AZ; special friends, Alan and Daniel Deckman-Hadden of Olean, NY and Amy O''Brien of Blasdell, NY; one grandchild, Brayson Peckham of Olean, NY; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date in New York.

There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice, Leukemia Foundation, and the American Cancer Society.
