Jamie Preston Geer, age 42 of Roopville, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. He was born on May 1, 1978 in Charleston, SC to Jamie D. Geer and Barbara Lawler Mathews.

Survivors include his wife Brandie Godfrey Geer of Roopville; mother and step father, Barabara and Lee Mathews of Hiram; father, Jamie D. Geer; daughter, Destiny Geer; sons, Chase Geer, Logan Godfrey and Harley Godfrey; brothers, Matt Mathews, Nicholas Mathews; grandparents, Fred and Millie Geer of James Island, SC and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Mr. Geer's wishes he will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel and Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
