Mr. James Mark Lowman, age 73, of 791 Waddell Rd., Bremen passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Mr. Lowman was born in Clayton County on January 7, 1934. He was the son of the late William Frank Lowman and the late Cansie Callie Bramelet Lowman. Mr. Lowman was a military veteran and was a retired heavy equipment operator. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Lowman and Ronald Lowman. Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue McElroy Lowman of Bremen; two daughters and one son-in-law, Janice Washington and Joe Eaton of Griffin and Patty Farrens of Washington; one son, Leonard Lowman of Washington; three step-daughters and step- sons-in-law, Jackie and Tony Porter of Temple, Charlotte and Kenneth Lance of Bremen and Becky and Dewayne Lowman of Tallapoosa; one step-son and step-daughter-in-law, Edward and Paula Wade of Buchanan; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Buddy Gentry officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Edward Wade, Tony Port, Derek Porter, Daniel Lance, Kenneth Lance and Dewayne Lowman. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
