Mr. James Francis Justice, age 70 of Buchanan passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. He was born on July 4, 1948 in Lafayete, Indiana. Mr. Justice is preceded in death by his parents James Francis Justice II and Joyclyn Mussche Justice. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Brenda Justice.

Survivors include his wife Viola Gould Justice of Buchanan; daughter, Melissa Gillstrap and her husband Daniel of Bremen; three sons, James Ellis Justice, Sr. and Kim of Temple, Rickie Allen Hayward of Buchanan and Justin Ray Hayward and Katie of Dallas; two sisters, Lisa Collin and Chris  and Cindy Harick and Chris both of Colorado and five grandchildren James Ellis Justice, Jr., Angel Marie Justice, Shana Danielle Justice, Terry Lee Smith and Alyssa Handy.

In keeping with Mr. Justice's wishes he will be cremated.
