James "Jamie" Wesley Braswell, 57 of Woodland, AL, passed away on November 15, 2025.  Born in Savannah, GA, he grew up in Lakeport, FL.  Jamie proudly served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and later worked many years in the blasting industry.  He was a devoted husband, father, and hardworking provider.

Jamie was preceded in death by his parents, John T. and Leigh Braswell, and his sisters, Cindy and Dawn.

Jamie is survived by his wife, Alicia Braswell; children Kody, Savannah, Hunter, and Tayley; his brother, Jay Braswell (Kay); father-in-law and mother-in-law, David & Linda Tompkins; brother-in-law Ed Lambertus; sister-in-law Amy Wilson (Chris); nieces, Jade Braswell, Janae Braswell, Taylor Lambertus, and Reagan Trahan; nephews, Austin Lambertus and Preston Wilson; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service for Jamie Braswell will be announced at a later date.

Cremation services are being provided by Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
