Mr. James Dennis Bowen, age 66, of Tallapoosa, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018.  Mr. Bowen was born in Villa Rica, Georgia, on Tuesday, April 24, 1951. He was preceded in death by his mother Vivian Olivia Foster; grandparents Manuel and Mary Ellen Foster; one sister Deborah Galloway and one brother Douglas Bowen.

Survivors include one sister Dianne Bowen of Tallapoosa; two brothers Donald Bowen and Preston Robinson both of Muscadine, Alabama. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Mr. Bowen's wishes he was cremated.
