Mr. James R. Biggers, age 82, of 5 Lake Eloise Lane, Winter Haven, FL passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. from the Pleasant Grove United Methoidst Church. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
