Jackie Ann Weaver Rowell, age 84 of Carrollton passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 at Floyd Hospital.  Born at home in Haralson Co. May 4, 1939 to the late Roy & Elsie Weaver. Jackie is preceded in death by husband, Samuel Curtis Rowell Sr. son, Samuel Curtis Rowell, Jr. granddaughter, Nicole Rowell & son-in-law, Roy Steele.

Loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, doting grandmother & great grandmother, Jackie loved her family & the Lord Jesus.  Living out her faith was important to her. She believed in sharing her testimony & supporting those in need. Jackie was a gifted prayer warrior & counselor at the 700 Club. She lived in Israel from 1984-88. Avid world traveler & collector. Visiting much of the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Belgium and other countries & learning about their cultures. She had a real interest in fine art, architecture & interior design.

Survived by her children; Jill Steele of Buchanan, Robin & Anthony Woods of Whitesburg, Suzzette & Raymond Ward of Anchorage, AK, her son, Randolph Rowell of Kennesaw; 2 brothers & their wives, Terry & Maudie Weaver of Redbud, Robert & Betty Jane Weaver of Bremen, grandchildren - Natalie Malley, Ashley Fleischman, Christine Meeks, Curt Rowell, Allison Rowell, Sammi Jo Rowell, Robert Anthony Hill, Christopher John Hill, Jessica Marie King, Georgia Claire Steele, Rachel Woods, Whitney & Justin Criswell, Miranda & TJ Marlow, & Brandon McFarland; great-grandchildren: Braxlei & Bristol Hill, Brooklyn & Grayson King, Madelynn & Liam Criswell & Rayna Marlow, Angelina, Logan, Walker & Carolina Lee, Hope, Maverick & Khloe Meeks, Isaiah, Malachi & Josiah Malley.

Services for Jackie will be Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.  Interment to follow at Buchanan City Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday 4-7 PM and on Thursday from noon until the funeral hour.
