Mr. Hubert Young Hutcheson, Jr., age 93, of Chamblee passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018.  Mr. Hutcheson was born in Tallapoosa, Georgia, on August 29, 1924.  He was the son of the late Hubert Young Hutcheson, Sr. and the late Catherine Virginia Word Hutcheson.  Mr. Hutcheson was the retired Treasurer of Atlantic American Insurance Corporation.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanetta Faye Brown Hutcheson.

Survivors include four daughters, Karen Fullerton, Victoria Scala, Amy Hutcheson and Laurie Olney; two sons, Phil Hutcheson and Kevin Hutcheson; one sisters, Eris Gonterman; one brother, William Hutcheson; twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

The family will conduct a memorial service Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. from North Decatur United Methodist Church with Rev. Patrick Faulhaber and Rev. Dr. Coy Hinton.

Cremation services are being provided by Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
