Mrs. Helen Joyce Shackleford, age 88, of Bremen, passed away Monday, July 20, 2020, after an extended stay in a local nursing facility.  Mrs. Shackleford was born on September 7, 1931, in Greensboro, North Carolina.  She spent her life taking care of her home, her husband and her only son.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas H. Shackleford, Jr. and son, Tommy Shackleford of Bremen.

Graveside services for Mrs. Joyce Shackleford will be conducted Thursday, July 23rd, at 2:00 pm from Forest Lawn Perpetual Care Cemetery in Bremen.  She will lie-in-state at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel from 1:00 - 1:30 pm that afternoon.
