Helen Ann Clack, age 88 of Bremen, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. She was born on April 22, 1932 in Atlanta to the late Harry E. Tice and the late Thelma Crockett Tice Epps. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Otto Tice.

Survivors include her husband, JC Clack of Jackson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and William Semmendinger of Bremen and Vicky and Melvin Milner of Jackson; five grandchildren, Marcia, Suzanne, Michael, Katie, Scott and Randy; thirteen great grandchildren, Kelleigh, Kyla, Ashleigh, Tyler, Matthew, Keara, Ayla, Zane, Jett, Phoenix, Dayton, Shane and Logan; two great great grandchildren, Lailyn and Addison and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with the family's wishes she will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
