Mr. Harold James Allison, age 83, of 89 Burnt Hickory Rd., Cartersville passed away Saturday, August 22, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted in East Liverpool, Ohio on Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Dawson Funeral Home of East Liverpool, Ohio is in charge of the arrangements.
