Mr. Gordon Willis Frazier, Jr., age 63, of Carrollton passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Mr. Willis was born in Scottsboro, Alabama on November 6, 1948. He was the son of the late Gordon Willis Frazier, Sr. and the late Jane Marie Johnson. Mr. Frazier was a construction worker.

Survivors include five daughters, Franchesca Frazier of Panama City, FL, Autumn Sunshine Frazier of Carrollton, Ashlee Gail Frazier of Carrollton, Jessica Valeria of Panama City, FL and Shanon Boswell of Auburn, AL; three sons, Ricky Dewayne Frazier of Panama City, FL, Gordon Willis Frazier, III of Buchanan and Derrek Valeria of Panama City, FL; one sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Mike Traylor of Carrollton; one brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Phyllis Frazier of Waco; seven grandchildren, Kristen Jefferson, Tristen Frazier, Chay Valeria, Shaylee Valeria, Aiden Valeria, Katelyn Reagan and Caleb Kennedy; best friends, Randy Johnson of Carrollton and Jack Richardson of Carrollton; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
