Mrs. Gloria Millwood Howard, age 66, of Buchanan passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016.  Mrs. Howard was born in Woodstock, Georgia on October 27, 1949.  She was the daughter of the late Andrew Millwood and the late Ethel Burke Millwood.  Mrs. Howard was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Judy Young and Annie Carlile; Sammy Millwood, Ralph Millwood, Vern Millwood, Charles Millwood and Melvin Millwood and Tommy Millwood.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Howard of Buchanan; two daughters and one son-in-law, Rhonda and Eddie Moody of Hortense, GA and Shannon Howard of Buchanan; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Jennifer Howard of Douglasville, David and Angela Howard of Dallas and Vern and Sue Millwood of Buchanan; one sister, Mary Ann Dubberley of Buchanan; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, Lonnie and Sarah Millwood of Kennesaw, Ronnie Millwood of Acworth, Stanley and Laverne Millwood of Bremen; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Shannon Howard, Bro. Chris Lawson and Bro. Joe Shoemaker officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
