Mrs. Gladys DeClercq Tuel, age 93, of Tallapoosa passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014.  Mrs. Tuel was born in Milbank, SD on April 14, 1921.  She was the daughter of the late Adiel H. DeClercq and the late Maude Kathine Allen DeClercq.  Mrs. Tuel was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar E. Tuell; and one daughter, Audrey Mae Scharf.

Survivors include one son, L.C. Peterson of Tallapoosa; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. from Tallapoosa Presbyterian Church.  The family will receive friends at the Church Sunday afternoon from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.
