Mrs. Gladys Nell Brumit Burnett, age 85, of Cedartown passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017.  Mrs. Burnett was born in Cedartown, Georgia, on June 1, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Henry Franklin Brumit and the late Sarah Elizabeth Baldwin Brumit. Mrs. Burnett was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Burnett; two sisters, Beatrice Colley and Dora Cooley; four brothers, J.T. Cooley, Winston Cooley, James Cooley and Buel Brumit.

Survivors include one sister, Grace Harris of Cedartown; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Clark and Diane Brumit of Cedartown, and Cecil and Laura Brumit of California; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
