Mrs. Gayle Joyce Hartman, age 79, of Villa Rica passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015.  Mrs. Hartman was born in Aurora, Illinois on December 18, 1935.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Gillespie and Eugenia Bastian Gillespie; besides her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers Steven Gillespie and John Gillespie.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Hartman of Villa Rica; two daughters Kori Ryans of Villa Rica and Kendal Hartman of Yorkville, Illinois; two sons and daughters-in-law Bruce and Deb Hartman of Sandwich, Illinois and Brad and Tori Hartman of St. Charles, Illinois; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

In keeping with Mrs. Hartman's wishes she will be cremated. Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
