Mr. Gary Lamar Galloway, age 73, of Bowdon passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016.  Mr. Galloway was born in Rosmond, North Carolina on August 13, 1942.  He was the son of the late Willie Galloway and the late Ola Mae Anderson Galloway.  Mr. Galloway was a retired truck driver.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Bowen Galloway.

Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law, Cheryl Lynn Galloway of Villa Rica and Tonya and Terry Bott of Hefling, AL, Misty Renea Willis of Tennessee; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert D. Galloway of Houston, TX and Joey and Dawna Holcombe of Villa Rica; one brother, R.C. Galloway of Hendersonville, NC; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.  In keeping with Mr. Galloway's wishes he was cremated.
