Mrs. Gail Darlene Stallings Irby, age 54, of Brunswick passed away Friday, March 11, 2011. Mrs. Irby was born in Washington, DC on December 6, 1956. She was the daughter of the late Robert Stallings and Vivian Barnard Stallings. Mrs. Stallings was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was working in the Air Force Judge Advocate Generals office. Survivors include her husband, James Irby of Brunswick; one daughter, Shanda Lockwood of Georgetown; two sons, Ryan Lockwood of Brunswick and Bobby Lockwood of Newport News, VA; mother, Vivian Barnard Stallings; sister, Gloria Jackson of Jesup; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. The body was cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
