Mr. Freddie Smith, age 76, of Buchanan passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016.  Mr. Smith was born in Buchanan, Georgia on March 31, 1940.  He was the son of the late Herman Smith and the late Rosie Cline Smith.

Survivors include two daughters, Rose Holiday and Tabitha Whitmore; four sons, Lee Bradley, Willie Adams, Nicholas Whitmore and Phillip Whitmore; and a number of other relatives.

Private graveside services will be conducted at a later date.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
