Obituary

Francis Finnian Wagaman, age 65 of Temple, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at his home after a brief illness.  Born in York, Pennsylvania, on March 25, 1959, he was the son of the late Francis Z. Wagaman and the late Rachel Stambaugh Wagaman.  In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Wagaman and Anthony Wagaman.

Frank spent most of his working years as a truck driver. His work always allowed him to be at home in the evenings with his family which was so important to him.  In his younger years, Frank enjoyed hunting and fishing.  His love of nature carried over in to his later years, as he enjoyed spending time watching the deer from his deck at home.  Football was a passion of Frank's and he was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan and a Penn State fan.  His move down south afforded him more time to ride his motorcycle which was another favorite pastime.  But Frank may be most remembered as a practical jokester.  His favorite saying was "Leave 'em laughing and they will remember you."  Frank will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Donna Jean Wagaman of Temple; his children, Casey (Charlie) Wagaman of Pennsylvania, Devan (Brad) Stottlemyer of Alabama, Ryan (Marcie) Wagaman of Pennsylvania, James (Brittney) Martin, Jr. of Pennsylvania, and Chris (Violet) Martin, Sr. of Temple; his precious grandchildren: Autumn, Hayley, Miriah, Emma, Mackenzie, Delanie, Ellison, Keira, Chris Jr, Kaisley, Audree, and Abby; and his great-grandchild, Adelina.  Also surviving are his brothers, Phillip (Beverly) Wagaman and Chuck (Sandy) Wagaman, both of Pennsylvania; and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

In keeping with Frank's wishes, he will be cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is honored to serve the Wagaman family.
