Mrs. Frances Brannon Holcombe age 87, of Carrollton formerly of  Tallapoosa passed away Friday, October 16, 2015.  Mrs. Holcombe was born on March 2, 1929.  She was the daughter of the late Arthur Brannon and the late Flora Johnson Brannon.  Mrs. Holcombe was retired from Carrollton Nursing and Rehab Environmental Services Department.

SURVIVORS: include three daughters and son-in-law, Diane and Scotty McClain of Tallapoosa, GA, Deborah Carlisle of  Carrollton, GA, Vickie Holcombe of New Port Richey, FL;  three sons and daughters in law: Charles "Pete" and Jan Holcombe of Oxford, AL,  Johnny and Terie Holcombe of  LaGrange GA, Rusty and Denise Holcombe of  Tallapoosa, GA: two sisters; Opal Hopgood  and  Margaret Latshaw both of Fairburn, GA ; seventeen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren, number of nieces, nephews and  other relatives survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 19, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Jeremy Holcombe officiating. Music will be rendered by Mike Smith.  In accordance with Mrs. Holcombe's wishes her body will be cremated after the services.

The family will recevie friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour.
