Mrs. Evelyn Linda Summerville Barkley, age 63, of Ocala Florida passed away Monday, November 21, 2011. Mrs. Barkley was born in Carroll County on February 3, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Preston Summerville and the late Eula May Jenkins Summerville.

Survivors include her husband, Morris Barkley of Ocala, FL; one daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Lucas Patton of Honolulu, HI; one son, Shane Barkley of Columbus, OH; six sisters; four brothers, two grandchildren, Casey Nicole Patton and Justin Allen Patton; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 25, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Jim Barkley, Frank Barkley and Renee Patton officiating. Interment will follow at 12:30 P.M. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Bobby Barkley, John Barkley, Josh Barkley, Ken Barkley, Brian Barkley and Bill Johnston.

Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
