Mrs. Eva Birkhofer Rouzee, age 79, of Waco passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015.  Mrs. Rouzee was born in Wiesbaden, Germany on October 23, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Herman Birkhofer and the late Margaret Quitzow Birkhofer.  Mrs. Rouzee was a retired computer operator for Southwire.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Rouzee; and one grandchild, Andrea CelenaWebb.

Survivors include one daughter, Sabrina Lewis of Waco; one son and daughter-in-law, Keven and Celina Webb of Oceanside, CA; one sister, Regina Herman of Pasadena, CA; one grandchild, Heather Lewis of Bremen; two great grandchildren, Dalton Lewis and Matthew Dale Ivey both of Waco; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 15, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sanders officiating.  The eulogy will be by Keven Webb.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
